  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
