Charming pair of Royal Doulton “Brambly Hedge” figurines, beautifully modelled and hand-painted in fine English porcelain.
These depict Lord Woodmouse (DBH4) and Old Mrs. Eyebright (DBH9) from Jill Barklem’s Brambly Hedge tales.
Issued as part of the Brambly Hedge Gift Collection in the early 1980s, these figures capture the whimsical countryside life of the woodland mice from the beloved children’s books.
Each figure is marked on the base with the Royal Doulton backstamp, copyright Jill Barklem 1982–1983, and individual series numbers.
